Museum to host Family Day: ‘Hibernation and the Science of Cold’

The University of Alaska Museum of the North will host a Family Day exploring the special exhibit “Hibernation and the Science of Cold” Saturday, March 9 from noon to 4 p.m.

Visitors can explore the museum’s special exhibit about hibernation. They can meet museum mammalogists, see specimens from the collections and learn about hibernating arctic ground squirrels.
