Extension provides help preserving fish

Dipnetters and anglers can look to the University of Alaska Fairbanks Cooperative Extension Service for help preserving the catch.

Canned salmonExtension offers hands-on classes and online canning lessons, DVDs and free publications on canning, freezing and smoking fish at www.uaf.edu/ces.
