UAF Yoga Club is hosting a workshop to help sedentary workers Saturday, April 6 from 3 to 5 p.m. in Gruening 413. Please note the room change.
For $15 attendees will learn postures, breathing exercises and nutrition tips to help reduce stress and increase energy. Urszula Bunting, certified yoga instructor and health coach, will lead the workshop. Limited to 35 people.
