In an effort to gather information to help us improve our service to the campuses, Marketing and Communications in December conducted a survey. I’d like to thank all of you who responded.

A number of team members in our department as well as our customers are participating in the university’s facilitated process improvement initiative.

The idea behind process improvement is to streamline our practices and increase efficiency in order to better serve our customers — you. Your feedback will be carefully considered as we move forward.
